Greenbone Security Feed (GSF)

The Greenbone Security Feed is obtained as an annual subscription to a permanent stream of vulnerability tests. Each test detects known or potential security problems in all active network elements (desktop PCs, servers, appliances, and intelligent components like routers or VoIP devices).
The procedures are executed by a Scan-Engine.
One subscription is required per Scan-Engine. A single Scan-Engine is allowed to check any number of target systems, including all ports.
Suitable Scan-Engines and further information are listed here.

Delivered is a Subscription Key that allows for automatic retrieval of newest test routines.
Included are 30 days installation email support for syncronisation procedure.

Greenbone Networks offers integration of the Greenbone Security Feed into products of other vendors. The level of integration is individually agreed upon. The integration can be as extensive as relabelling the GSF and entirely integrating the scan-engine into the vendor's product.
